Juneau – Fairbanks area residents are invited to a community meeting Saturday afternoon in Fairbanks. The town hall meeting is being sponsored by House Finance Committee member Representative Scott Kawasaki (D-Fairbanks) and House Health and Social Services Committee member Representative Adam Wool (D-Fairbanks). The meeting will be a fun opportunity for people to discuss legislative and community issues with Reps. Kawasaki and Wool in an informal setting.

Juneau – Representative Geran Tarr (D-Anchorage) is joining several organizations focused on the health and well-being of children in sponsoring a presentation this evening in Juneau about the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study. The guest presenter will be Dr. Vincent Felitti, co-Principal Investigator of the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study. The study was a collaborative research program between the Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program and the Centers for Disease Control.
