Alaska recognized Elizabeth Peratrovich Day on Wednesday, February 16, the anniversary of the signing of Alaska’s Anti-Discrimination Act of 1945. I admire Elizabeth Peratrovich and her fight for equal rights in Alaska and I am dedicating this issue of my newsletter to her.
