OPINION: Stand up for the university
April 11, 2016
FAIRBANKS — Throughout the last decade, Eielson Air Force Base was under attack. First there were proposals to close the base, then to take the F-16s away, and as a community, we fought back. Rep. Kawasaki’s Newsletter: Crunch time! Bills on the Move, Income Taxes, Scholarships at Risk
April 7, 2016
There are only 10 days left in regular session, but Republican leadership has already warned us about another special session. The Senate passed a resolution calling for a special session on the road system-which likely means Anchorage-over one week ago.
