I ran into an old friend of mine in the Capitol on Wednesday. The encounter was not accidental. I’m not 100 percent sure why Ron Pollock was in town, but he was in the Speaker’s Chambers to receive a legislative citation – and an Alaska flag that had flown over the Capitol.
