Now is your time to be heard by the State Department of Transportation, the Municipality of Anchorage, and the lead engineering firm on the project, DOWL HKM. Please find, linked below, three documents related to the work of the Northern Access Work Group. The meeting notes from the first two meetings contain the action items that require follow up. The first follow up report contains an answer to the question of the legality of the 2003 U-Med Plan. Look for other follow up reports to come.
