Note from Rep. Gara: Citizen Max – Tribute To A Friend
February 15, 2016
I am writing this between tears today. Yesterday Alaska lost a statesman. Many of us lost a good friend. I’ve served with Max Gruenberg my whole career in the legislature. It began as a traffic and safety project in 1999 and has been a long and often arduous process ever since. That is finally about to change.
