Rep. Kito’s Newsletter: NOTICE - DOT&PF Regional Reorganization
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) has announced a change in the boundaries for its regions. Currently, DOT&PF has the state divided into the Central, Northern, and Southeast Regions. The Southeast Region will be renamed the “Coastal Region” and it will be expanded to include the majority of the coastal communities along the gulf and out the chain. However, those coastal communities that are connected to the state highway system that are under the Central Region or the Northern Region will remain under those regions.
