[BILL] HB63: Flame Retardants and Toxic Chemicals
HB 63 will end the use of polybrominated fire retardants (PBDEs) in mattresses, upholstered furniture and the plastic housing of electronics in Alaska. In addition, it will give the Department of Environmental Conservation the authority to prohibit the use of other toxic flame retardants when safer alternatives exist.

[BILL] HB129: Death Certificates for Deceased Veterans
House Bill 129 provides a death certificate, without cost, to a surviving spouse, next of kin, or other relative of a deceased veteran. The bill is modeled after an Arizona statute and will provide one copy to the eligible recipient.
