Save the date!

This Saturday is happening! There are several really cool events coming up with our neighborhood Russian Jack community picnic, the Governor's picnic, and the Stop the Violence Party at Northway Mall.  There's even a free shuttle so you can attend the Governor's Picnic and the Stop the Violence Party and you won't have to worry about finding parking!

First, come on out to the Russian Jack Community Picnic at Wonder Park Elementary. It’s always a lot of fun, and there’ll be free food and fun activities for the kids including face painting.  Senator Ellis and I will have a booth so please stop by with any questions or ideas for us.  We love hearing from you! 

Then, head either to this year’s Governor's annual picnic which will be held downtown on the Delaney Park Strip (N – P Streets) from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m or the Stop the Violence Party at the Northway Mall from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. There will be free shuttle service Available from the North Way Mall!

You will also have the opportunity to meet groups and people working to reduce violence in the city and learn how you can support, volunteer and become a part of the solution.
