House Bill 435 "Labeling of Fish in Restaurants"

State law currently provides that farmed fish be identified on the label when the fish is sold at the retail level, but does not provide for labeling fish when sold in restaurants. Restaurant consumers in Alaska deserve the same information to help them make healthy choices when eating fish at a restaurant.
