![]() Crawford’s Bill to Crack Down of Drunk Driving Passes Judiciary Alaska has some of the strictest drunken driving laws in the country, and yet our rates of alcoholism, and alcohol related crimes are among the highest in the nation. This is a strong step toward stopping problem drinkers from purchasing alcohol. House Bill 190 now goes to House Finance. Moses’s Bill to Aid Municipalities Passes Community & Regional Affairs Any grants rewarded from the new fund would be used to counter effects within the municipality that are directly related to the new exploration or development activities. House Bill 398 now goes to House Finance. Gara’s Bill to Protect Alaskans From Identity Theft Passes Judiciary House Bill 226 now goes to House Finance.
