Welcome to the first edition of Claman’s Alaska Matters newsletter. This will be one of the many ways you can find out what is going on in our State Legislature, how pending legislation may affect our district, and my thoughts and positions on various subjects. Enjoy!

Yesterday I was officially sworn in to represent House District 21: Turnagain, Spenard, and Sand Lake.

A: The budget deficit will be a big issue this year and so will the implementation of the marijuana initiative.
