Create A Budget for AlaskaStarting Fiscal Year

New Permanent Fund Dividend Formula:
Personal Income:
 1% of income = approximately $90 million per year
State Sales:
1% = $100 million, 1% = $70 million excluding food & medical
Alcohol Increase:
 5 cents per drink = $15 million per year
Motor Fuel Increase:
 5 cents per gallon = $15 million per year
Cruise Ship Passenger:
 $25 per passenger = $17 million per year
Increase Oil & Gas Revenues:
 10% increase = $50 million per year
Education on Employment:
 $100 per person = $38 million per year
PFD Excess Earnings: 
 $125 million to $300 million per year
Change in Permanent Fund Deposits: 
 $22.5 million to $35.5 million per year
Supplement Municipalities with Perm Fund Excess Earnings: 
 Reduces GF expenditure by $51 million per year and pays for municipal expenses using the Earnings Reserve.
